Welcome Definition of an Referee: An referee (arbitrator) in sport is the most senior, who must supervise the application of the Laws of the Game. The designation is done by the organizing body. For this reason, there should also be rules that make the referee independent from the organization when their duties conflict. Usually, a referee may have assistants such as touch judges and fourth officials. In tennis, the chair referee is distinguished from the line referee (subordinate to it). It is also possible to have several equal referees, for example in hockey, where each of the two referees covers half the field. (Source: WIKIPEDIA) Many competitions have been organized within Kyokushin in recent years, partly due to the fragmentation, each organization not only has its local competitions, but also Dutch and European championships. These matches must be properly supervised. Most organizations offer their members courses to learn the refereeing trade. This corps was established because there are many organizations. The corps aims to: 1. Bringing together good people who are already certified within their organization to ensure that the competitions of the various organizations run smoothly. 2. Minimize differences in the performance of refereeing duties through meetings. 3. Give participating organizations the opportunity to call on the corps to organize 'open' tournaments. 4. Provide novices who do not have the opportunity to attend referee training.
Beside traditional Kyokushin Karate for Kids-Juniors and Seniors, we are also active in Pro-Karate, Shidokan Karate and Sento Combat Karate. |
